Really would love a copy of Logic Pro X for podcast production/editing, but I just can't justify the cost. Its a shame that GarageBand doesn't have a real podcast workflow. Perhaps Ferrite will end up on macOS soon to fill the gap...

Thanks for all of the feedback on my Logic Pro conundrum! I've now learned about Hindenburg and Reaper as alternatives. Honestly, Garage Band isn't all that bad, but its missing two things I'd like from Logic: chapter markers and "drop silence."

Aaron, its mostly chapter markers and the ability to drop "silence." Ideally, I'd love Apple to embrace podcasting even more, and release a baby version of Logic built for podcasters. Doubt it'll happen, but a man can dream πŸ˜€

ICYMI, Eddie and I posted our latest episode of Two Dads Talking last week. Truly fun episode! – https://twodads.fm/2019/04/18/episode-not-just.html

In other news, I picked up an Anker PowerPort Atom PD1 charger last week and I am blown away. Its absolutely tiny, charges my iPhone extremely quickly, and can even charge my 13" MacBook Pro. Highly recommended - https://amzn.to/2DyF3GX

I saw that one, but its super spendy. I saw that Anker has announced an Atom PD2 that will ship in a month or so, has two ports, is 60W, and will cost $55. Nice!
