Gellert Grindelwald has escaped imprisonment and has begun gathering followers to his causeโ€”elevating wizards above all non-magical beings. The only one capable of putting a stop to him is the wizard he once called his closest friend, Albus Dumbledore. However, Dumbledore will need to seek help from the wizard who had thwarted Grindelwald once before, his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Why I'm supporting the IndieWeb (and you should too) - MarketGoo

Great post fromย Wences Garcรญaย of MarketGooย on the IndieWeb. I met Wences and the MarketGoo team a few years ago, and was so impressed with their culture, energy, and values. Its fantastic to see them sharing those values with the world in such a positive way.

Itโ€™s still too early to reach any conclusions, but Iโ€™m feeling better now that I control my own content and that Iโ€™ve found a place where to post my content freely and without fear.

But will be the Indieweb movement be the solution to save us all? The struggles I had at the beginning setting up my IndieWeb on a WordPress website have prevented me from thinking that way.

Itโ€™s clear that the IndieWeb needs to be more convenient, otherwise non-early adopters will not even get close to this movement.

I think Wences is right that with many building blocks now in place, it is important to start making the IndieWeb more user-friendly. Its no coincidence that Wences' web presence is now on Micro.blog, which is a much more approachable platform.

Just noticed that @OvercastFM supports "handoff" to the Mac using the Overcast web player. Just click on the Safari handoff icon in the dock! This will help hold me over until a macOS version of Overcast arrives post-Marzipan. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ https://cleverdevil.io/s/Z45MuX4bBF6BXRoGTmaI5q49ComjTWSqDHZvKCAfeTlLJ3RmXzMgVoVbRUPUBBsksGfWzeDlPXe...
