I have upgraded homebridge-stoker to use virtual "Thermostats" for sensors on Stoker BBQ controllers, including the ability to push updates to target temps. Its especially nice in the free Elgato Eve iOS app 😀 - https://github.com/cleverdevil/homebridge-stoker
