This executive order on AI seems to completely miss the mark, in my opinion. Not a word about holding model providers accountable for training their models on unlicensed data sets, which is the most critical issue at the moment.

In exchange, Apple could ask Nintendo to allow publishers to release games on both Nintendo consoles and Apple devices, with a percentage of revenues back to Nintendo.

I had an interesting thought about how Apple could break into gaming in a meaningful way. Some have suggested Apple buy Nintendo, but what if they instead offered Nintendo access to their chips and operating systems?
