I’m inclined to push the Overton window as far left as possible to restore some level of sanity. Long way to go, but I’ll be a huge advocate for AOC if she targets the top job. I am not a big fan of Newsom, though I do appreciate his unique ability to poke the Cheeto King in the eye.
Pondering what lessons there are to learn from these elections. On the one hand, I’m delighted to see the bad guys lose. On the other, the winners run the gamut on ideology.
