The potatoes were awesome, btw. Perfectly browned fingerling spuds. I made garlic confit, then tossed the hot potatoes in a bowl with the confit and some butter. The fat and garlic emulsified into a sauce. Perfect!
I went full dad today. Home Depot trip. Installed a new condensate pump. 3D printed a few parts. Cooked steak and potatoes for dinner. Now it’s time for a bourbon. 🤓
