Just finished serving a delightful Christmas dinner. Roast duck with orange glaze, truffle brie mac and cheese, shaved brussels sprouts with bacon and shallot, and sweet potato casserole. Merry Christmas! 🎄

@klandwehr it was good! The duck came out really juicy and flavorful. I hadn’t done a whole duck in years, and was really nervous. A Christmas miracle!

Duck was delicious! Roasted using old reliable Cornish Hen recipe with orange marmalade. Used real grated truffles in the Mac and cheese. Yum yum 😀
