Note
My struggle with anxiety and depression has been intensifying of late. I know I’ll be just fine, but I do hate the feeling of failure it causes me to feel as a parent. Stupid brain chemistry.

I’ve been hearing it since I was little, but the airplane message about putting on your own mask before assisting others has finally sunk in for me.

For my older ones, it helps them to know what I’m grappling with.

I’m not a parent, but I know all too well what it is to suffer from anxiety and clinical depression.

I am sure it is known by those who matter that you’re trying your best, and that’s a hell of a lot more than a LOT of parents.

Simply read Dr berg's book. Go on ketogenic diet and take natural vitamin B suppliment. Check thyroid. Breath well and go on morning evening walk.

Bring some positive change in behavior. Take 5 phos 6x. So many things can be done, don't worry. Do Yoga. Right nutrition is the key.
