I mostly agree. At airports, you don't really need a ride-hailing app, but for other general use you really do to match the convenience of Lyft/Uber. I've also had plenty of bad experiences with lousy taxi drivers, but more often that not, lately, I find that the drivers are just *better*. — cleverdevil
