Massive kudos to Microsoft on innovating with WSL. The changes in WSL2 look amazing, and I honestly with I had a similar experience on my macOS laptop. Microsoft shipping a Linux kernel with Windows would make 17 year old me's head explode.

I've been using one for a couple of months, and I have to say it's nothing short of amazing. MacBook Pro levels of design and performance, with one hell of an elegant form. Did I mention there's no touch bar? And the dock is fantastic. Major win on all fronts.
