No, I’m not giving up meat, yet. I prefer sustainable sources, though, and am all-in on replacing our supply with better alternatives, including man-made products, 3D printed “meat,” etc.

I think that science / progress will eventually overcome and find solutions. But, I’ve heard this before, and am unsure if there has been adequate research yet.

right so there isn't adequate research because soy, like corn, is a hugely industrialized product developed by influential corporate interests

Indeed. Still, I’m optimistic about the future prospects of meat alternatives. I am also pretty sure that the beef used at Burger King has long term negative health impact. Would the Impossible Burger be better, even with its current formulation?

@cleverdevil I feel like fast food burgers are the best thing to replace with a good meatless alternative. I'm not there for the quality of meat, so replacing that with a high quality alternative seems like a win. I'm a big fan of Carl's Jr's Beyond Burger.
