Note
There is a new Markdown editor for iOS and macOS called Strike that looks pretty interesting – http://strike-app.com. Sadly, there is no trial version, and I'm unlikely to buy without being able to kick the tires first.

@cleverdevil I beta tested it for a bit. I couldn’t see myself using it long-term. But I guess it’d be worth the try.

@cleverdevil attention to detail on the website on my iPhone is poor, doesn’t fill me with confidence.

@philbowell yeah, I noticed that as well. I'm going to await reviews from others before I even consider buying it.

@cleverdevil I’d skip it. It’s a good editor, but tedious to use as it has a proprietary file format, so you have to export as Markdown to make it work on anything.

@Zak wacky! Proprietary format kills it for me. No thanks! I’m far more excited about Drafts for macOS now 😀

@cleverdevil looks pretty good, except I think I've reached peak markdown editor now :). If only iA Writer could copy the features on the Hemingway app I would be in writing heaven :).

@cleverdevil Looks way closer to a word processing tool for my liking. I usually want a blank page with a blinking cursor. Nothing more.
