I made an extremely delicious pasta for dinner this evening. The sauce was made with mirepoix, garlic, Parmesan rinds, sirloin tips, diced tomato, wine, broth, a little cream, and lots of grated Parmesan.

unkind ... it’s freezing rain here so combine pandemic with that and looks like I’ll be playing pantry roulette for lunch / dinner ... PS it’s a good thing my great pantry re-org of 2020 already happened and I’ve already “triaged” the items from 10+ years ago
