Looked at my Hulu bill again. I am seriously considering YouTube TV. Hulu is $21/month more and has had terrible video quality / reliability for me lately. Worried about privacy though...

Except for justified Google data tracking concerns, YouTube TV far surpasses our ATT Direct and your Hulu experience in quality, reliability, price - plus pulling local stations when OTA antenna (+ silicon dust) is adversely impacted by weather. And remember - no contract.
