Absolutely. He was still under investigation and reported “no further investigation,” but maybe that was just because he gave back the place.

as for the incident with lewis, I haven't read the stewards decision yet but my guess is lewis turning in earlier than his usual spot gave them enough to justify a "both sides" racing incident decision

Yeah I think there is some logic to that, but Lewis was ahead and Max was obviously driving angry. I’d wager that literally any other driver would have been penalized.
