I’ve heard that it’s possible with a FireWire 400 to 800 dongle to a FireWire 800 to Thunderbolt dongle. There’s also the potential of an external PCIe enclosure with a FireWire card. Open to suggestions! Also, if you have any parts, I want them :)

@jonathan I'd love to hear if you get this working. Mine is basically a time capsule since I can't charge and transfer data at the same time, and the data transfer sucks power like crazy
