After a long series of successful meals, I had a dud tonight. The goal was to make tasty italian meatballs. I added some bacon to the mix to amp up the flavor and fat. I way overdid it, and all I could taste was bacon. Oh well, next time I'll nail it!

@jonathan Too much bacon is obviously worse than the right amount of bacon, but as failure go, a pretty small one.
@nolanl that was my logic during the cooking process, but the flavor disconnect was significant. Sorta like drinking lemonade after brushing your teeth 😄
