She refused everything. They told her that either she got off the plane, or everyone would have to deplane so they can drag her off. She said, go ahead. We all got off the plane.

It gets better (worse?)… a woman on my flight was angry about the delays and demanded to be given a refund and a free hotel room and refused to sit down or to get off until she had it in writing.

I’m sitting at the gate for what is supposed to be a 45 minute flight to Detroit from Chicago before bouncing back to LAX. We have been sitting on the plane stationary for an hour+, and now have to take a longer route.

This trip to Chicago has been a travel nightmare. Delays coming into Chicago caused me to get to my hotel at 3:30 AM. I had an early meeting the next morning. Now, I have been delayed 6 times across two flights.
